A jelly roll would make the center of the blocks - the 16-patch portion. You'd then need to add for setting triangles (16-patches are on point) and sashing.

Thanks, Brenda for posting this - I think I'm going to add it to my (long) list of quilts I'd like to make. I have a couple of jelly rolls that I never know what to do with.
