No, not too much purple. I think it will be smashing with the contrast of the lights and black floral. Please show pictures when you get the top made. I think it will be elegant!

Just enough purples. Love the design. Post when done, thanks :o) Don't forget in quilting you could try sashing because I was once told "Anything goes with quilting".
