Great blocks AnnMarie. I need to get going again, but am working on a double bed quilt for grandson.

Those blocks look wonderful! Bebe, I love Olivia, your quilt will be awesome with those blocks. I'm putting the binding on the baby quilt I'm finishing up and thinking hard about these blocks :D

I just wanted to check in.....I finished Bebe's block but I will have to redo since it is to small, still learning with the triangles. I also have another block cut and ready to sew, I just had to finish a rag quilt for the baby shower I went to yesterday. Now back to the challenge.

Here is Wildcat block for Elizabeth. This is my second attempt, because the first one was too small. I recut it and added 1/8 inch to my pieces. That was a tip from Bebe. It's pretty easy to assemble and was a lot of fun to make. Hope you like it, Elizabeth.

I had the same problem. You cut them exactly to the spec's on the directions, and they don't come out to the measurements. That is the case on several of the patterns. Then if you just cut the pieces bigger to start with, the block is too big. Go figure!! :?

Ladies just add 1/8 inch to each measurment that often helps. Cutting down is easier and always measure all pieces before you put them together.
Measure and stich is my method!!!!!!!
