I am really glad you feel better. It gives me hope. I have suffered from long days, years, of depression. I find music can help lift my spirits. I like Ravel's Bolaro for a daily dose. Then I keep Baroque music on to help stablize my mood during the day. Finally, I use some very soft Native American Woodflute music for sleep. The Baroque music really helps me stay calm and not make so many errors. When I feel really awful, the addition of material and sewing help alot. I'm glad I'm not alone in this.

My doctor told me to do the same. It has helped in the rooms that are finished, but our house is dark. We have windows, but the position of the house won't let in much light. Suggestions? You could PM me.

What a beauty! My theory is quilting soothes the soul.

So glad you're feeling better! I wonder if my mother would not have struggled with depression so much if she had had a hobby. It runs in my family and I don't have that problem and maybe that's why. I have loved to sew since a child. Your quilt is gorgeous!
