I have the same kit..................still in the package. Love it. Did you get it from Connecting Threads? Looked up Glitterflex and it looks like something my 8 yr. old DGD would love. Did you use it on the owl wings only?

It's a fusible fabric that washes & dries well apparently. It tears away while doing applique - I used my scissors a bit to tidy it up before doing the final satin stitching. There is a plastic carrier sheet covering it that you remove. I haven't seen a trace of glitter falling off or on my hands so I'm most impressed with this fabric. It also works great in a cutting machine like ScanNCut.

I didn't have a kit, didn't know there was one! I used the glitterflex on the owl bodies only. I used regular fabric for the wings and used the same fabrics for the pieced blocks to match. I added the green border on my quilt because of the busyness of all the bright colours and sparkle.

Now that's just what I call cute, from the heart, whimsical, sweet. Love it so much!
