Beautiful!!!! I would suggest a border; however, recommend you to get a good night rest and come back to it in the morning and decide. Sometimes it is best to walk away from a project when we are "wore out" with it.

Maybe a simple border would look nice. It's great and I love the colors.

The quilt is amazing and I can understand your not wanting to do anymore. I am working on an endless project myself right now. I guess it would depend on what you need the finished size to be. It looks wonderful as is. I'd like to try that pattern sometime.

This is beautiful! You did a great jod for not having a pattern. I think maybe a 2" plain black border and then a 3" border of the black-on-black batik. It would then look like one of those paintings you see in the high end hotels, you have the painting then a black mat and a black frame. They are always very eye catching and very beautiful. But it is your call to make you are the creater of the master piece. Great Job your DD will love it.
