This is a very, very pretty quilt. Maybe set it aside for awhile, being careful not to bury it too deep, and come back to it. It's too beautiful to give up on it. Or you could always try to find someone else to finish it if you REALLY are tired of it but you may regret it later. Best of luck. You are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

It's been said many times, but oh so true: keep on keeping on. Your quilt is so beautiful. If you're sick of it put it aside for awhile or only work on it for 1/2 hour at a time. It's going to be absolute gorgeous when you get finished. We're all rooting for you.

WOW please don't stop now, the blocks are awesome. I'm looking forward to the pictures after you are done.

I bought a Civil War Quilt book and didn't even get one block cut out. I got tired just looking at the blocks. I gave the book away and decided that there was no way I wanted to devote this much time, energy, money to this type of quilt theme. I kept reading the controversay whether the quilting block symbols were even true on the underground railroad quilts.

Your efforts are well worth your effort. The blocks are very nice.

Yes, I just finished a king size one that I thought started out beautiful but it turned ugly on me somewhere along the way. I was so sick of it I didn't even take a picture. It was pure pleasure to place it into the hands of the new owner. They love it so I supose all turned out well.

It looks great to me. Take a few deep breaths and keep working on it. It is lovely and you have come to far to put it away for HOW LONG. :P
