Dh is right, I would go with the orange because it makes it all pop.

I think the orange detracts from your precious little baskets. But I really like it next to the border. That really works well there. Try a green around the baskets,maybe, or a softer orange.

I think it will be lovely just the way you have it. Very Easter like.

I LOVE your basket quilt. don't change ANYTHING unless you are going to add more flowers. I think the orange is absolutely beautiful, and absolutely perfect with the other fabrics. It really is just lovely.

Personally, I like the orange. However, if you don't, then I suggest that while you are at this stage of the game, lay it out with other colors, like the dk green leaf color, bright yellow, maybe even a darker orange, stripe, etc and if you go darker a little smaller width may be necessary. Best to lay them out now and decide than later when you will be ripping.
