I love the ribbon idea. Anyone who got one of these beauties would be thrilled.

I like to make matching pillow cases and wrap them in it.

I have wrapped gifts with a strip of scrap fabric tied into a bow.
And for childrens quilts I have made pillowcases with the childs name machine embroidered on the hem. Matching the fabric of the quilt and the pillowcase.
Quilts are pretty, no reason to wrap them up.

That looks pretty. I have started making juice pouch bags and giving them with my baby quilts.

I tie my quilts with a ribbon. I print out a photo and punch a hole to attach to ribbon. Recipients like to show a photo of their quilt to friends/family.

I just gave a quilt as a wedding gift a couple of months ago...I got some white netting, bought double the amount of how wide it was(usually 48"). Opened it all the way, folded in half, plucked quilt in the center and grabbed each of the corners...take a rubberband and use to cinch it snug. Fashion a bow with wire edged ribbon and it looks great....

This juice bags are sooo cute!!! Do you cut them open before sewing them together?

FOR BABY QUILTS If I have left over fabric, I make a simple tote bag w/ french seams(doesn't have to be lined) & slip it inside! MOM , now has an extra bag for toy,ect as the child grows. Bigger quilts,- I've used the recycle bags from stores - both as they come & w/ fabric/quilt block added to them to hide the print on them!I save gift bags BUT there is only so many you can reuse, so going w/ the save a tree program!
