I can see why she is a "Forever Friend". Beatiful quilt!!!

Don't say anything, just give it to her. She will love that you, her friend, took the time to make it for her! The rest does not matter....

I think it's looks great, & you did a great job, so be proud of your work. We are all our own worst critics, just remember...

i don't care how long you've been quilting, if you think enough of me to make a quilt for me, i love it., and i'm sure she will too,
what a wonderful thing to do for a quilting friend. i love the idea and the quilt
this is truly a gift from your heart, and she'll know it when she sees the magnificent work you didi on it
