Quilts I finished for a Manager at Work
This is two quilts that one of our managers had started 12 years ago. She had less than 1/4th of the quilts done. She had run out of material on them and wanted them to be queen size. As if it was meant to be that way, I began to search thru my "humongous" (?) stash and lo and behold, I found some of the same material. I got the pieces that were completed the end of October. As if I didn't need any more hinderances, I went into the hospital the 1st of November with a severe Kidney infection that went thruout my system and gave me a temp of 104.7. After many days, I was released from the hospital with medicine and a big bill. Then my only brother passed on November 30th. WOW, what next. But I was able to get them finished in plenty of time. Here they are.

Quilt for the Manager's daughter

There, I finally was able to post the pictures. Thanks PatriceJ. You are always so helpful to me.
The deer in the middle was done 12 years ago by the manager. The background color in the deer quilt is a deep forest green and the green material was furnished to me. It wasn't easy to find material to calm down the busy background material but she was pleased with my choice. I am not as talented as many of the board members and my quilting is not fancy like many I have seen but I do the best I can and that is what counts. Thanks for looking and Merry CHRISTmas.

Lorraine, I am not too computer smart either. It could be that you need your settings changed. That was my problem. Hope you find out how to do it. I had to have help from one of the moderators. They are very nice to work with. Good Luck
