Wonderful finishes, Ladies! I just finished this scrappy puzzle quilt yesterday (not quilted yet). Won't say how many times my ripper came out on this...really have to pay attention to how it goes together & keep track of those pieces! It was fun (and then again NOT!). Don't think I will make this one again; but had to try it once. Good thing I only make one-of-a-kind things!

Very nice, Vicki. I've been wanting to do a puzzle quilt, but my design area is small, and I'm not sure I could keep track of where everything goes!

I had a small area too...I did 5 rows at a time; marked off on the pattern as I went...made it easier. I just sometimes didn't pay attention when sewing...my fault!

Hi Jane, yup took a break this year, but this was my tv quilt top. You know, watch tv, and keep hands busy. Still need to hq it though. That may be next years project. Miss the swaps, but next year after all these other projects get handled I'll come and join in again. Mary

Love that Crow's Nest, craftyheart2. Great use of scraps and the soft blue borders really pull it all together.

Have this one on another thread but I guess you can call this scrappy. Its Bonnie Hunter's Bricks & Stones. Made it for a farmer friend on mine. Had so many extra pieces cut out after changing my mine on the layout that I was able to make an oversized lap quilt for myself plus now in the process of making a set of 8 place mats for a new young couple in our congregation. Can't wait to give this larger quilt to my farmer friend.

I love the quilt, craftyheart. It looks kind of like a churn dash but with three strip blocks on the sides--I like the pattern!
