Omg what a treasure, can we see pictures of the details. It is absolutely ......... No word to say how great it is. I envy people that can do this, my hands won't let me do that. Anyway, I don't think my patience would hold out.

Thank you so much for your very nice comments. I'm very proud to say that the quilt won two ribbons in 1997 at the European Quilt Championships. This was such a surprise to me!

I just thought of a new game. Instead of counting jelly beans, hang a quilt and guess-a-mate how many stitches are in the quilt. Hint, take a 4", 6" or what ever that represents a typical quilting of the quilt. Count all stitches in that area and multiple by how ever many blocks fit the quilt to get a good guess of the number of stitches.

Isn't amazing how "quilting" can make such a beautiful quilt out of something so simple. This is great.

I agree with Harriet, I want to see the whole quilt! The quilting on the parts I can see is just beautiful!
