    What an awesome quilt! I love the colors & am sorry it was such a stinker to work on... LOL! But you were victorious in the end & that's all that matters, right? WTG!

    Looks great front and back! What pointers could you give me, I have it sewn and ready to cut into diamonds...when should I starch?

    Spellbinding! I think he'll get much mileage, counting the trucks and trains, lots of fun, don't be surprised if he loves the backing most! Visual feast for the eyes! Very creative quilting.

    Thanks! I found that if I didn't starch during the cutting process, my pieces stretched too much to allow the blocks to lie flat. Then I went crazy with the starch and the inner blocks stayed put while the outer blocks stretched along the border, making the border measurements really wonky. I had to wet, stretch, and block the quilt overnight before adding the borders on. Good luck!
