Like the new baby is going to look at it around her body all snuggled so lovingly and think. "I think the is to old for me",...or rather...new scenario..."Ohhh I am so comfy and being loved by softness and cuddlyness, give me more". No, really, the quilt is wonderful and anyone would be happy to be wrapped in it. :lol:

I think in babyhood it is more important that the mum likes it so if she loves that fabric then you are on to a winner. I also feel it has a lovely soft feel to it so will suit the baby for years.
