Most men I know are not that sensitive, what a sweet man you have. Great story, your tote you made is ADORABLE, so nice to hear such heartwarming kindness. You both are wonderful folks

Thank you all for your kind comments. This was a fun project. When our daughter was this age, he was between jobs and spent a lot of time with her when I was at work. He worked on her numbers, letters and colors. I remember she had trouble remembering the name of the color yellow. She would say, "I can't remember the colors name, but Daddy says it's the color of a banana...!" I think that may be why he felt a connection with this little one. He is a good man and I am lucky to have him.
