I don't think anything is ugly per se. Every piece is an achievement a step closer to a better quilt the next time round. I think that every peice however it looks is a piece of art unique in itself. Well done on completing this project even if you thought it was 'ugly'. I think it is lovely!

Nope mine is uglier, this is the first quilt I ever made. It was made in three days from scraps of all the projects I had done when I was married to my boys dad. My kids loved it so much they wore it out. I had to store it away and told them they could fight over it when I'm dead.

I love so-called ugly QUILTS. They tend ot be my favorites. I love your ugly quilt. beauty is in the eye of the beholder since I think it's very pretty. finish it up and donate it, I am sure there is someone out there who would really appreciate it.

It reminded me of my Grandmother's feather mattress and quilted top. I am sure she used every piece of any kind of material available. By the way, no quilt is ugly. How can it be ugly with the love it took to make it.
