Don't know a name but it's the first few rounds of a lone star quilt. If you don't find this exact pattern, use the center most rows of a lone star.

Before seeing the close up, it looked like the interior pieces of a lonestar. NOw, I see the individual pieces are not parrellograms like the lone star

That pattern is shown as Kansas Sunflower on page 194 in "Encyclopedia of Classic Quilt Patterns" published by Leisure Arts. Directions and templates are included. Maybe your local library has the book. It is also known as Star Flower in an Aunt Martha's booklet "Bold and Beautiful Quilts" which is out of print. Hope this helps.
