I like the first one. It looks like the tiger is jumping out at you, with the 2nd one I was distracted by the rock. I'm sure that after it's quilted either one will be fabulous.

I tryed that before and it didn't look that great...I actually tryed many colors...lol ... for the rock and back ground. the black didn't work for the rock with the grey background the tiger looked great on the black... I'm so torn between the two but I think it's going to be rock......rock out votes the no rock. I really like no rock, but I think I'm going to go with the major vote of rock!..... I will post photo's when it's done. Thanks everyone for your thoughts :)

We must be confusing you! I may be posting my message too late, maybe you've already finished your project = ) I definitely vote - no rock. If you do use the rock, there needs to be a shadow on the rock that would be cast be the tiger. That would be very difficult to do!
