Mine is the center of the row-by-row sampler I started for my Dad, but he died before I could finish it. I still have a hard time working on it, emotionally, but I've ironed the fab for the final border so I'm getting there.

Mine is my first paperpiecing project and is a Karen Stone pattern. I fell in love with Paper piecing from that moment.

I have loved this topic and all of the stories. My avatar is just a picture that came with other animal pictures that I saved for wallpaper!

I just changed my avatar to show my DGD's graduation quilt in process. I am now hand quilting it . . . I used the quick stitch in the center and I am traditionally quilting in the borders. Ariel is active in the chorus in school so I wanted to do something along those lines and didn't know what notes to use. When she was young she and I sang the Barney Song to each other so that is what is all around the border!

Mine is my favorite - Pattern by Blanche Young - "jamaica" from her Traditions with a Twist book. All batiks...37 different stip sets....oversize king.....and start to finish on the top during my 2 week vacation over Christmas 3 years ago. It is by far my favorite quilt.
