What a fantastic job you are doing! I also really appreciate any of Jinny's designs/fabrics www.jinnybeyer.com I was fortunate to be able to attend one of her seminars in Carolina.....IF WE EVER WIN BIG ON THE LOTTO.....she's my dream "win" as far as quilters go!!!!!!!!!!! Well I can't seem to get her website to post as a link, so will let this be and you can search it out yourselves......

I was wanting to make this one and after seeing yours, I know I'm going to have to make it for sure! It's beautiful Johnette!

Oh, you have done such a beautiful job. I've seen this pattern and debated whether I should try it. Jinny Beyer sure is the master when it comes to using color.

Your quilt is stunning...I am really impressed. :-P :-P :-P

I ordered this fabric pack (but not the whole kit) and made all the blocks and sewed them into rows. THEN I realized my rows are not exactly even so didn't sew them into the four large blocks. Now they sit. :( I either have to take them apart or try to trim them all to a uniform size. I am REALLY disappointed in myself...

This is probably coming to you too late for the mitered borders. I saw Alex Anderson demonstrate an easy way to miter borders. I don't know how to describe it except that the borders are sewed all the way along each side stopping and starting 1/4 in from the edge on each side. Then she showed how to fold one side back on itself and press the miter. I tried it and it works well. I wish I could give a better description, but maybe someone hear knows of it and can guide you. I mitered stripes this way and the corners are perfect enough for me.
