Hello All,
I know these types of ads can be a real pain. When submitting your bad-ad experiences, please try to post a screenshot of the popup you receive and include info such as: Browser Type, Operating System, Device Make and Model, Desktop or Mobile and any other info you feel would be helpful.
I'm doing my best to compile all these complaints in a single report and I want as much info as possible.
Thanks!
Tyson

I was so hopeful that these hijacker ads had stopped as I hadn't had any for 24 hours, but volia, here it is again.
My Browser type: Bing,
Operating System: Windows 10,
Device make and modle: Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8, and it's Mobile device.
Thanks for trying to fix this!

I'm not sure exactly why it's not remembering your login.
If you are using safari, you can try the following:
1. Click the settings app
2. Click on Safari
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select "clear history and website data" and press the "clear history and data" option when prompted
4. Go back to your main home screen
5. Open safari, check the "remember me" box and login again.

I've stayed away from the site for quite some time but am pleased that I was able to read today without any 'Congratulations' messages! I appreciate any work and research done to try to remedy this. I also appreciate concerns being treated with respect and courtesy.
It is amazing to me how much we've all come to depend upon reliable technology. I remember using typewriters that didn't even plug in, back in the day!
