Wow wonderful finishes. I've been away due to computer problems. The bag of scraps leaves today.

In the first 1/4 of the year, I went a little bonkers buying fabric for legit and not-so-legit reasons. Nothing huge, just filling in the color gaps and also fabrics that were "just because," nothing that blew the bank. But I need to use it, and have plenty, so no excuses. I believe I got the buying frenzy out of my system ...at least for now.

Here I am, signing on again for accountability.

Good for you tkhooper! I have a hard time passing by those nicely bundled up precuts--the jelly rolls always look so luscious esp. when they're tied up with a nice ribbon. And the fat quarter bundles all neatly tied make my mouth water. Lets not even mention those layer cakes and honey buns LOL.....

I did good today: the special-order diaper bag pattern came in to the LQS and I went (hungry) to pick it up. Ended up getting the pattern, interfacing, a magnetic snap closure, and a Halloween pattern from Bunny Hill. The Halloween pattern was my splurge since there was no fabric allowed to jump in the cart.

I'm cutting up UFO's and stash fabric to make a scrap/crumb quilt. Need 500 blocks. It will be a while. But I am having fun. Plan to use batting I have lying around and backing I have on a bolt in my stash. So I am definitely committed to your memorandum.
