So glad you were able to finally find time to sew. The new blues look great and the multiple fussy cut bird worked really well. The quilt is looking absolutely amazing. How many blocks did you say you were doing? Looks like you are running out of design wall

W4Me ... well thank you! I am quite pleased with how they are all looking. Yes that wall is getting almost full. It's not my main design wall. It was a trial of covering a piece of corroplast with fleece. I just went with the largest piece I had at the time. Works well, and hung by office clamps on two picture hanger hooks, so nothing permanent and only two fine nail holes in the wall! I still have a bit more wall space there that I will probably add another temporary one, made the same way, to fill the space.

Love the table runner and appliqué tree. So far, no two projects alike...
Here's my contribution! Well what did you expect? It's a national obsession. If anyone is tempted to have a go full instructions are here http://www.lizzielenard-vintagesewin...l/Tea%20Cosies
I've still got loads of the fat quarter left and haven't a clue yet what I'm going to make next.

I was thinking of you when I did the birds ... thinking the colours/tones were more like your Civil War fabrics.

Oh JeanieG ... you too can do them!
Thanks Gals ... I've never done a one colour study before and was so inspired with GrannyQ's PC and FWS quilts that I decided to give it a try. Plus, WHITE is just not something I have worked with til this last year. So a double step outside my comfort zone ... and I am quite pleased!

Isn't it great how we can draw inspiration from our PC friends?
