The WOW is to you, Anael .... look at all those Fabulous Fantastic Feathers Floating and Frolicking about!
Nice border with the scallops (so even!) and piano key quilting.
The wait was well worth it!!!!!!

MiraB .. that looks fantastic!! And QuiltE nailed it ... it reminds me of a slice of chocolate cake with lots of pink and cream icing!!
I'm currently at a stand-still with my Jane, and will be for a while. I started a quilt for a dear friend at work going through a tough time with a divorce, and then a new house. So it's a combination "sorry" and "house warming" quilt. I'm almost done quilting it. By the time I finish quilting and binding my house guests are due to arrive at the end of the month. And of course ... it's gardening season!! We've got most of our flower gardens done, but have not started the veg gardens - everything is still in the greenhouse waiting (but ready) to be planted. Due to rain all day today ... so today will be a sewing day. Hopefully I can get the last row of feathers quilted then get the binding started.

Anael, the 3 year wait was worth it..sometimes ideas have to percolate before they are ready to be finished...Do you have plans for this quilt or does it stay with you and the kitties?
Yes, DHMom it's that time of year. I set out oriole and hummingbird feeders yesterday..a hummer at one last night and an oriole this morning..I use more sugar for the birds than I use in baking each year...

Here are the Butterfly blocks that were peeking out from behind Jane. They have been satin stitched so each block took some time to do. Have to work out the sashing and border yet. I would like it to end up about 64 inches square. It is a wall hanging for my daughter.
