Some of the ladies that I quilt with tried this a few years ago. We decided to only use from our stash with the exception of things that started with the letter B---books, batting, backings, etc. But then I said, "Well, that would also include blue, burgundy, biege, batiks, bargains, baby fabric, boy fabric, big prints"-----needless to say it didn't work quite the way we intended. LOL

Omg! I started out at this site at 9pm, then flipped over to have a look at Quiltville and now it's 1:35am. I really want to give this a try. It is my understanding that we have a year to work on this right? Cause I really belive it might take me that long.

Funny thing, do we realize this challenge started in October 2007? I guess Patrice may need to let us know if we are still going to continue and have fun. Now since I am on a rampage to clean up my scraps (consisting of a 55 gallon tub full with two bags on the side and a cupboard full of more) this will be a good challenge to continue into 2012. If she needs help, I will be glad to assist in this one. I need to do this challenge. LOL!!!

Is This scrap quilt open for anyone on the site? If so I,ll do it. I,ve got 2 or 3 UFO,s from scraps started--just been sitting waiting for more scraps. I,m doing a quiltville mystery now from scraps also.
