Well last night I thought I was finished but this morning someone said something about buying 1/4 inch bias tape, so I found some online, I will add the blue bias tape to the top following the binding about 2 inches to the inside. I tried to make my own bias tape it was a disaster! Here are the pics, I added a drawn blue line into one of the pics where the blue bias will go.
