    That sounds good! When I freeze tofu it comes out spongy. It's still good...great for soaking up sauces and spices.

    Sounds great, I do a similar recipe to yours, will try the flax seed and touch of garlic. Thanks so much.

    I agree that when people say they don't like tofu, they haven't had good tofu.

    im allergic to shellfish, I think I will give this a try with tofu, thanks!
