    We eat a lot of veggie sandwiches at my house. I will definitely try this one.

    One of our favorites is a PBOT: peanut butter, thin slice of Vidaila onion, and tomato, lots of pepper, salt on lightly toasted Ezekiel bread (or bread of choice).

    Do not YUKE until you have tried same.

    How thick do you slice the cukes , to bread and fry them? I have never tried them , but love batter fried anything.

    about a 1/4 of inch, maybe a scant.....LOL
