    I guess the exercise benefit is out since I can't get up without help from a squat. But the diet is still on.

    DH was in 'We're almost home' mode, and there was nothing I could do, short of opening the door and dragging my heels on the pavement!

    The drive from VA back to CT took WAY too long, and despite hating airports, I hope to fly next time. My butt got sore from sitting so long. I'd rather get a sore butt from sitting at my sewing machine!
