Default My "dolled up" steak sandwich

Tonight I needed something quick and effortless for some dinner.
I had leftover (planned over) steak and sauteed green peppers and onions and some English muffins.

I thinly sliced the steak to cover a muffin,
topped that with the onions and peppers,
topped that with a couple small slices of Swiss cheese.
I then put the steak stack into the microwave until the cheese melted, about 45 seconds.
I toasted the English muffin and spread creamy Caesar salad dressing on each half.
I used a spatula to move the heated steak stack to the muffin and munched on a great tasting sandwich!
The Caesar dressing was the key for me! I'll be making this one again soon.

This sounds delish and easy. When no leftovers, use deli beef. Thanks for the idea.

It is very hot out here in the southwest part of the USA so I am going to make a Caesar salad today.
