Thank you for this reciepe! I have to go gluten free and this is the first reciepe that I have found with out a lot of other ingredients.

Going to try this one today, muffins, yummy. I have been making the cookies from a post last year. Butter Pecan cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 stick butter and I add chopped pecans. Very thick, just spoon on to parchment paper, bake for 12 min at 350º. And wala, super cookies. If you have enough pecan halves I put one in the middle of each cookie before baking, just look ready for gift giving or gobbling up!

i have used this recipe for years and it is good. You can use angel food cake mix also.

Thanks for all the different recipes. Would anyone know the WW point value for any of these or the calorie count for 1 muffin?
