I had to find recipes for my granddaughters who are both allergic to egg and dairy, and I done a google search in the internet and there are hundreds of recipes to choose from just put in a subject ie cakes cookies etc. and is a big field. I also use my normal recipes and substitute egg replacement and fruit juice instead of milk. you could do the same but use gluten free flour etc. and the final product tastes the same as the original. I make them this way for the whole family and they cant taste the difference and 2 little girls can have the same as everyone else to eat.

I am trying to send you a file. It is a large one. I hope it helps. I have found most recipes can be changed just by replacing gluten ingredients with gluten free. In Baked goods I did find I had to add something to moisturize. Rice flour can be dry.

Hi here is a great gluten free site -- http://www.dishingitglutenfree.blogspot.com/ -- it's my daughters and she is an amazing cook. She has 5 boys and just had her first little girl, so she has a big group to cook for. Enjoy her site, she has some great recipes.
