That fabric is a Snuggle flannel. Those patterns don't return often....the basics will return, but not the novelty themes.

Cutting 1/4 yd or 4 yards is actually the same cut...the cutter just has a smaller pile of fabric. It's normal in fabric stores. If that's what you need, that's what you by.
