About 10 years ago I bought a new marked throat...
About 10 years ago I bought a new marked throat plate for my1936 201k-4, it worked okay; however the markings were about 1/8" off.

If you want to make 3D bow tie blocks, all of your squares need to be the same size. Do a Google search for 3D bow tie quilt block...
