It is "media" rate. It applies to learning material of all kinds such as videos, books, cd's, etc.

I've never had them question when I asked to have something mailed media rate they just do it.

Patrice, the old, rolling typing tables have a lock on the wheels although I don't know if it would hold up to a sewing machine vibrating. It did always work for typing.
