I use wrap n zap. Bought this at JoAnne's. Have had no problems - the longest I've used them in the microwave is 3 minutes. So much easier getting hot bowls out of the microwave.

I made 2 of these quilts for DH's vegetarian daughters. He chose the theme, fabrics and layout and is happy with the result. Thanks for the opportunity to post the pictures.
