They are on sale often at Hancocks for a dollar. I think even this week.
That is the cutest one so far! And I like the matching t-shirt idea.

I 'll check Joann's and see what patterns are on sale this week. I haven't seen a Hancocks for maybe 10 years.

Thank you,
Jois

I think this is what you remember from the Main section titled--

What do you make with your fabric scraps?

LOL! You are so right, Debbie! And I must have imagined a twirly skirt picture. Thank you.

I've found several slightly different ones for adults and children on google using "no pattern skirts" or similar phrases, but this is the one that I wanted to see again.

LOL! I'm going to have to send my memory out for dry cleaning or something... thank you, athenagwis. I know three little girls who will be so delighted with their skirts-to-be.

Your so welcome ... I hope you show us the one you make. I love making my niece things like this. She is still a girly girl. LOL!

Search under jelly roll twirly skirts; AJ patterns has some delightful patterns and I found some treally cute clothers from a website karimeaway. More whimsey was the name of the book I got. It has mulitple patterns and choices making it a real bargain for me. It has pant, tops and dresses. :)
