Unwrap a bar of hand soap like ivory or one of those little bars you get in hotels and put it under your sheet close to where yours legs lay. They don't know why that works but it does. I also get restless legs when I fly, so now I put small pieces of soap in my socks.

My twin sister and I have had RLS for 30 years, for some reason she has been able to get off of the Mirapex, but I
haven't. I can tell as soon as the med's have worn off. We just talked about taking more iron, but don't know what mg a person should start with. Do you mind sharing what you iron reading was, what is a normal reading, and what is low? I would greatly appreciate the information. Thank goodness Mirapex has gone generic.

There is always something that can be reused someway. My husband and I used to cut up slacks, skirts and mens pants into stripes which he would crochet into beautiful rugs for our home. Your picture brought back those warm memories. Thank you!!
