    Default My Snow Blossom Block

Here is my Snow Blossom. I have also posted a picture of my oopsy block. Lesson: do not rush through a sewing project late at night just to finish it because you have to be a work early in the morning and won't have time to finish it before work!
I really like the idea of calendar blocks. Think I may make a couple for gifts.

AddieLou: The second one looks artistic, like snowblossom night and day.
    Thanks for showing us both.

Addie Lou..........Both of your Snow Blossom blocks are wonderful!! What pretty fabric's you have used in putting them together. Your fabric with the snowflakes is my very favorite. You have a great idea of making extra Calendar blocks to make gift's, when they are all done. Way to go, girl!! The second block posted looks just perfect for a day & night star look. You just have to use it. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us here on the quilting board.

I love your block. I also like your "blooper" block - I think you could use it successfully in the right quilt!

hahah thanks, everyone! I couldn't believe that I didn't even notice it until it was all done and I stepped back to look at it! I took of the two pieces that weren't right and fixed it so the mistaken one is no more. I will try to use those pieces in something else.
