The planned snacking is working great for me, since I am not out of control with feeling hungry!

Wow, that is great for you. Now if mine would only break. Talked to DD yesterday and she is down to a size 12! Smaller than her Mother for the first time. She has lost nearly 70 lbs. All I need to lose is another 17, I need to get with it.

I am struggling with lack of energy lately. I'm not sure what I am doing differently. I have been staying up later than usual. Also, since I dropped some weight, I got a little cocky about not taking my meds. and my vitamins regularly like I used to.
This week, I am going to focus on getting to bed earlier each night and getting back to my normal daily regimine of medications and vitamins. Does anyone have any suggestions for raising the energy levels? ZZZzzzzzzzz. . .Linda

Hi Linda: yes get back on those vitamins. I'm a night owl, too and I read somewhere that getting less than 7 hrs sleep per night adds pounds (I don't know why-sure there's some scientific explanation).
Also, walking helps to increase energy and metabolism levels.
Great job everyone-only this week to go. Good luck!!

And another thing I stopped concentrating on was drinking enough water. Gee, my mind must be on other things lately. Ok back on track.
Walking, water, sleep, vitamins, healthy food and snacks. This is so simple. . .Focus Makes Me Fabulous!

There is going to be a new thread for the FQ reward's and the name is changed to "Weight loss challenge..........with a prize"
Lneal will be posting pertaining to the change.
I hope you will continute to join in the weight loss rewards/prize. It has been fun the last 2 months and will continue to be even more fun as somethings have changed.
There is also a sign up thread if you want to join in and play for the month of May.
