    Ah, you took me back to our old WVU Extension Homemakers' Club. At ninety percent of the meetings the evening's hostess would serve a Jello concoction, including the Watergate Salad. Perfect for evening get-togethers--very light, not expensive, easy to serve and made early in the day. Hurrah for the Joys of Jello recipe book!

    Just made this one yesterday with Strawberry jello. Sure was good and refreshing on a hot day.
