Happy New Year ! Thank you for hosting again! I’m in! I want to finish quilting the one I have loaded on my longarm, and possibly even get the binding sewn on it.

I spent a good part of Saturday tidying up my sewing studio and organizing fabric...all in preparation to join in on VQW today! I finished the last 25 alternate blocks of Meet the Makers quilt along so I will work on putting them together into a quilt top. I managed to squeeze in a crib quilt top yesterday with Peter Pan fabric and will just do cross hatch with a blue minky backing sometime this week.

Yes. All the holiday hubbub is over, the guests have gone home and I can get back to my sewing. I have quilted Christmas trees to finish (not finished before the holiday). I want them done rather than wait until next Christmas-I know I will be involved with other newer projects and these would become UFOs. So, I plan to do them today and store the finished project for next year.

I began a huge [for me] project for our guild's challenge due January 19. This is just a peek.

Oh yeah! I'm in. I started my own VQW a couple of days ago. I started finishing the binding on 5 baby quilts for donation. Done 2 1/2 already and will be working on the other 2 1/2 today. Thanks for hosting this. I was thinking that everybody was partying except for me and forgot to send me an invitation!

I'm in. A little tired even though I didn't make it to midnight last night. (Almost but not quite!) I have cut pieces for an Attic Window quilt from a Christmas Panel using Jenny D's tute on the net. Going to start reassembling today.

I'm working on the center for my Halo quilt, and then will work on the BH quilt - and then probably bind the ornament quilt I quilted up last week.

I have 2 quilts to add borders and one mini to bind today after I get back from my favorite quilt shop. She has her annual 30% off sale and I have a huge gift certificate!

Good morning everyone and Happy New Year. I did stay up until 0100 this morning.

Now on to marking my 1/2 squares triangles from step #2, step #3, and square and iron. Bonnie has step #7 out, so I will work on that as well. Happy sewing everyone.
