You ladies rock. Maminstl, Aunt Jo and Miss Rita. Love your color combinations and how far you’ve gotten on your quilts.

Miss Rita, your quilt is amazing. I have always watched for your posts as it seems you have such a knack for choosing colors which give your final product such elegance.
I am not sure I can finish mine at this time. My husband of 51 years passed away last weekend and it will always remind me of the stressful and difficult past weeks.

I am so sorry to hear of your husband's passing, Carol! That is heartbreaking! Please accept my condolences and hugs being sent your way (((()))). I'll keep you in my prayers doing this hard time of yours! Please take it easy and don't feel guilty if this MQ becomes a UFO.

It's great to see so many finished and nearly finished quilt tops so early this year. I have to admit that this was was a challenge to keep in the right order while stitching it together but I finally got it done. At least I think it is done.....not quite sure yet whether I want to put more borders on it to try to tone down the blue setting triangles. I'll have to live with it on the wall for a few days before making a final decision on that. I made a smaller version using 32 blocks instead of 50 that finished at 61 x 77.
