I am looking at your room and thinking to myself that if I were that organized, I would be doing good.

I just realized, I only took pictures of things, not rooms. I will do rooms and then post them a bit later.

I read that someone put the design wall behind another wall hanging which they could then keep everything up when the room went back to the quilt room. Just a thought. And I like your idea.

Thanks Donna...I've spent the afternoon looking over the Fly Lady site. I too was a disciple of SHE many years ago and it worked. Glad to see some updates and new ideas from Fly Lady. Not only can my sewing space be better, but the whole house and my life in general. Thanks again.

I had moved my sewing downstairs from a bedroom to the living room. Why you may ask did you give up a dedicated sewing space ??????? Well... I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. The cats have the upstairs as their domain with a gate on the stairs to keep dogs out. When I went up to sew the dogs whined. If i let them up I spent most of my time yelling at them not to eat the cat food or chase a cat. So... now I am downstairs and peace reigns once more :D
Moved my fabric dresser down to the bedroom - and some of my fabric storage containers. The rest is still upstairs. Sorted scraps today and in general straightened up.
