I don't stop doing what I'm doing to cook a meal. That would aggravate me to no end. I got enough of that when the kids were too little to cook. DH loves to grill, says it relaxes him. DH grills fish or meats when he wants a big meal.

Hey, I gave up a 10-day trip with DH to Arizona in the dead of winter and stayed in subzero weather here in Indiana!!! Just so I could do my quilting thing!!! I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT, TOO!!!

Katie,
I do the same thing! I love my alone time, and I need it.

I love it when I have an alone day. They don't happen often so they are special. Have fun.

Well it looks like great quilters think alike. We like some alone time to quilt and maybe some binge eating too. But it's nice to have someone around when you need and want them. Thanks for all your input and views.
