I found this pattern for a quilted towlet seat and tank cover that I am going to make after the holidays. It is one of Anne's Attack patterns. It has this big yellow daisy flower that is sooooo pretty!

Attached is a photo of an 17x23 quilt I made of 1 1/2" squares left over from a wedding quilt I made my older daughter, which is hanging in a bathroom where the shower is "never" used. The most important thing to remember is to have about an inch or so between the quilt and the wall so any moisture can easily evaporate so the quilt won't mildew. I am finishing another 16x20 quilt from the younger daughter's wedding quilt scraps, but that will have a sleeve on the back which will fit over the towel rack's dowel, which will have about 2" between wall and quilt.

Are you kidding?!?!?! I am lucky to keep the towels changed. Just something else to try to keep clean.

I had a friend on line who passed away who made quilted shower curtains also. She sounded like the most awesome person & I wanted to meet her so bad. Her house sounded like a little doll house & when she passed away her alcoholic husband put her Bernina machines, fabrics & any quilting items out for the trashman! Her daughter packed as much as she could in her car before the trashman showed up but lost lots of her mothers treasures.

I just had my bathroom redone - all white. I made a 36" wall hanging of whimsical hot air baloons. I will post a picture if I can figure out how to do it. I also trimed some hand towels with the baloon motif. I love it - don't know what everyone else thinks!

No, but I decorate my two stairwells with them. Lots of wall space. All cat quilts.
