Crayola Washable Markers
#41
OMG....scary!!!!! I used washable EVERYTHING in the classroom for too long----only to find out that they might have been washable on some fabrics but not others----so I use "made for quilters" stuff. Glad you had a great experience, though!!!!!

I too have used washable crayola markers and had good results. I used them only on baby quilts or small quilt (table topper, runner, etc.) and I have never had a color not come out with washing.

i've been using the crayola washable markers about a year now and i love them. i do hit them with some oxyclean stain spray before washing and have never had any trouble. i seldom prewash my fabrics and do use all different marker colors. it's so nice to be able to see what design i'm trying to quilt!

Don't use stain treater on them it sets it. They do wash off some but last forever on skin- and of course you don't notice it until you are headed out the dor like to a meeting with the kids in tow who have green hands, a ornge nostal and blue marks up and down their legs
