Yes, indeed! Even though it's to his advantage to clarify the difference between "Keepsakes," how many other owners/CEOs would take the time to personally join the Board and handle this? His actions are very much in keeping with the atmosphere of the shop and the service they provide -- very personal and helpful.

As I said in an earlier post, it's major sensory overload when you walk into Keepsake Quilting for the first time, second time, ...

I order from keepsakequilting regularly and love their fabric. The quality is top notch and the color is exactly how it is represented in the catalog or online. Getting the catalog I become like the kid in the candy shop.

But, as MadQuilter says, the catalog is like walking into a candy store. Guess that will have to be a substitute. :)

I have always been very happy and completely satisfied with fabric purchased from Keepsake Quilting's catalog.

Happy dance! I just bought the one-year Keepsake Quilting Gold Club membership (on back order until Feb. 2, but that's o.k.). After studying the latest KQ catalog until I nearly wore it out, I decided the Gold Club membership is a good deal for me to stock up on fabric in 2010. I've been trying to wean myself away from Joann's as much as possible; I've found good on-line sources for all the thread I need, but have been reluctant to order fabric on-line. However, I am so fed up with Joann's and so happy to hear all the good things said about Keepsale Quilting that I want to try this at least for 1 year.

Do you think there is a quality range - from crappy to excellent - of Keepsake fabrics ... where some stores get the poorer quality on their shelves? Their catalog shows an extensive selection of lovely fabrics but I would be afraid to order from them.
I think Keepsake Quilting Fabric from "Keepsake Quilting" in Merideth NH and keepsake fabric at JoAnn's are two different kettles of fish. I shop at Keepsake, love their fabric quality; I do not buy fabric at JoAnns as I do not like their quality.

Join Keepsake Quilting online newletter for their up to date sales. Last week the special was 25 FQ of BATIK's with shipping $25.00. These are 1st quality batik's.
Their biggest sale is July 4th, I have not been to that one:(
January 1st I went to their sale 20% off entire purchase.

2 hours one way I usually make the trip once or twice a year. You really need a list before you enter. I have also ordered from them online, great customer service!
