    Definitely not wrong. Most people understand social interactions, which makes for wonderful things such as quilt guilds. The "problem child" is just that. Off the charts for some reason. You did right, please don't lose any sleep over it.

    Yup, you were right...I've been in one of those classes at a LQS where a few were allowed to "drift" in and hang around and "watch". I did hack me off...I had spent good money for the class that they got for free. Now my shop has moved and has a separate section set up for classes, so it wouldn't be easy for them to just hang and look in, so I'm hoping it won't happen again.
